The Jarramlee site comprises approximately 6 Ha of bio-offset reserve managed by Parks ACT. Following development of sinkholes and subsidence over an approx. 3 Ha area further investigation comprising Environmental and Geotechnical Investigations were undertaken.

Services provided by WCC Engineers comprised a co-ordinated Geotechnical Borehole Investigation with DualEM and Resistivity Geophysics. The results of which were used to interpret historical drawings of the decommission WWTP and interpret likely areas of current and potential future subsidence and likely buried remnant infrastructure.

This information was displayed in a drawing set with estimated dimensions and quantities of buried remnant WWTP infrastructure.

The above information was subsequently used to develop a Preliminary Rehabilitation Construction Cost estimate to advance detailed design and construction for ACT Treasury funding application.
